Back to ProjectsChallenge
Manual watering wastes water and often waters too much or too little, since soil moisture and temperature aren't actually measured.
Solution
An ESP32 node reads soil moisture and temperature sensors and publishes them over MQTT. The pump/valve turns on automatically when soil moisture drops below a threshold, and a web dashboard shows live readings and lets the pump be triggered manually.
Outcome
A working prototype that waters automatically based on soil moisture, with live sensor data and manual pump control on a dashboard.
